How to Delete Your Facebook Data in the Artis App?
Facebook shares your name and email address to assist in creating your account profile on our app.
- Access the “More” Section: Start by opening the Artis app on your device At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find a navigation bar. Tap on the “More” option located within this bar. This step is essential to access account-related settings.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Once you’re in the “More” section,croll or navigate until you find the “Account Settings” option. This section contains various settings related to your Artis account, including your [Facebook, Google, and Apple] social login options.
- Initiate Account Deletion: Within “Account Settings,” you will discover an option labeled “Delete Account.” Tap on this option to initiate the account deletion process.
- Confirmation: After selecting “Delete Account,” the app will ask you to confirm your decision. This step is crucial to prevent accidental account deletions. Confirm your intention to proceed with the deletion.
- By following these steps, you are taking the necessary actions to delete your account in the Artis app. Please note that the deletion process may also involve scheduling the removal of your user data, including any data associated with your [Facebook, Google, and Apple] social login, from our servers. This helps ensure that your personal information is no longer retained in our systems.
